Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and well-presented rooms, although lacking shelf space in the bathroom. The location was superb, next to the British Museum and with convenient access to transportation. The dining experience was enjoyable, but slightly expensive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for London visitors.
The hotel is superbly located, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms were very pleasant, extremely clean, and had easy lift access, though they are very small as expected. The service was mixed, with very friendly and helpful interactions but some abruptness for simple requests and inefficient breakfast service. The location is excellent, offering easy access to major attractions and transport links. The dining experience was very good but slightly expensive, especially considering the proximity to the British Museum and West End theater. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, which makes it easy to get around the city. While the rooms lacked hooks for coats and rails in the bathroom, they did come equipped with an electric kettle, which was a nice touch. However, it was disappointing that our towels needed laundering unnecessarily due to this. The price was reasonable considering the amenities offered.
My stay at the hotel was great, with comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with the service. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the dining options were a bit overpriced. The facilities were adequate, but there were some downsides to consider.
The hotel is big adorned with lovely furnishings and high ceilings. However, there were no hooks for coats and no rails in the bathroom on which to put towels, leading to unnecessary laundered items.
My stay at the hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. The rooms at the back of the hotel were cheerful, spacious, and attractive, but they could use a little tlc and are not soundproof. The service provided by the staff was mostly good, although there were some inefficiencies in the breakfast service. The location was very convenient, with easy access to everywhere, especially with the nearby tube stations. However, the dining experience left much to be desired in terms of the price-to-quality ratio. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although clean and spacious, seemed a bit outdated with some issues like a tap that barely worked and a pull-down bed. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being exceptionally friendly while others were a bit unfriendly. The location was great, near the British Museum, but there was some discrepancy from what was advertised. The dining experience was subpar and not worth the high price. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent overall.
